Director of Player Development
Sean Travers
Founder of the Tigers High Performance Program. Sean has a long history of success which include having over 50 MLB draft picks and 200 players placed in College. His ability to get the most out of players and push them to the next level is like no other. We are incredibly lucky to have Sean at the helm of the High Performance Program and he will without a doubt continue his legacy of winning and creating phenomenal baseball players.
General Manager
Antwi Atuahene
Antwi will be a mentor for our young players helping them in all aspects from school to general life concerns and questions they may have. He has a great reputation as the Assistant GM of the Niagara Rivers Lions Basketball Team. With his life experiences and ability to relate with players, we are more than excited to have him guiding our athletes.
Head of College Placement
Greg Byron
Greg Byron brings experience from all levels of baseball. Byron was part of Austin Peays coaching staff after two seasons as a coach at the Triple-A level. Byron worked in the Minnesota Twins organization with the Rochester Red Wings and was with the St. Louis Cardinals organization as an assistant with the Memphis Redbirds.
Prior to his time as a coach and scout in the minor leagues, Byron was an assistant at both Iowa and Central Arkansas.
Catching Coordinator
Damon Topolie
Damon attended Tusculum College in Tennessee and is the former manager of the Maple Leafs. He was named one of the top 100 players in Intercounty Baseball League history. The longtime catcher, ranks 2nd all-time in hits with 848 and has hit 50 career home runs. A 3-time champion as a player and won playoff MVP honours.
An 8-time All-Star, Damon made it to the finals 3 timers as a manager. The legendary IBL player was also the manager of the Canadian Women's Baseball Team which won Silver at the 2002 World Baseball Championship.
Outfield Coordinator
Cooper Davis
Davis was selected out of St. Aloysius Gonzaga Secondary School by the Blue Jays in the 25th round of the 2017 draft. Instead, Davis went o Vanderbilt as part of the nation’s No. 1 ranked recruiting class.
